We are situated in Pune at Bhaimashankar Colony, specifically at Fl No. 29/5 on the third floor. We are here c/o Dr. Jagdish Rao. The address is 411027, which is a decent area of the city. Being on the third floor means we have to climb a few stairs, but it’s good for a bit of exercise. Our office is where we manage all the convention details. It’s a lot of logistics and planning on paper and screens. The space is fairly small, so we are all quite close to each other. There are stacks of folders and maps of different venues we deal with. It’s not a shiny corporate headquarters. It feels like a regular apartment that’s been turned into a workspace. We have a little balcony where we sometimes take phone calls if it’s too noisy inside. The colony is generally quiet, which helps when we need to focus on complex schedules. We’ve been working from this Pune location for a while. We aren't big on formal meetings; we usually just shout questions across the room. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the busy convention seasons. It’s a practical way to work. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. It’s just us, working through the details of management from this third-floor spot in Maharashtra. We keep things moving and make sure the conventions we manage go off without a hitch.
