World Expo And Conventions Management Ltd. Pune

Our office is in the MHB Colony in Gokhale Nagar. We’re in the L1/275 block. It’s right near the Neeljyoti Society, so it’s pretty easy to find if you know that part of Pune. We handle expo and convention management from here. It sounds like a big job, and it is, but our home base is quite modest. It’s a typical colony setup. We’ve got a small team that works out of this space. Most of the time we are out on site, but this is where all the planning happens. There are maps and floor plans taped to the walls. It’s not the most modern office, but it’s where we feel comfortable. We’ve been in Gokhale Nagar for quite a bit. The neighbors know us. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees in this building; it's just a handful of us making sure everything is organized for the events we run. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when an event is coming up. We have boxes of brochures and equipment sitting in the corners. It can be a bit of a tight squeeze. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the logistics work out and that we stay on top of the schedule. It’s just how we operate here in Pune. We might be small, but we stay busy and we know how to get the job done right.
