The day usually starts with a bit of a chat before we dive into the spreadsheets. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or expensive décor because it doesn't really help us do the job better. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the events we manage go off without any major problems. It's a lot of behind-the-scenes effort that most people never see. We just keep moving forward.
