We’ve been sitting here at our desk in Dyanesh Housing Society for a while now. Most days it’s just us talking to people about where they want to live in Warje Malwadi. It isn't a huge fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a normal place in Pune 52 where we keep our files and drink too much tea while waiting for the phone to ring. We know the roads around here really well because we walk them every day. If you come by the society, you'll see our sign. People often ask us about buying or renting flats because they know we live nearby and won't give them a hard time. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that’s just Pune life. We don’t have a big team of sales guys in suits. It’s mostly just a few of us trying to keep things organized and making sure the paperwork is actually correct. Dealing with property is usually a bit of a headache with all the rules and registration stuff, so we just try to get through it without making it more complicated than it needs to be. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New buildings go up and old shops move, but we stay right here in the same spot. It’s a decent way to make a living and we like helping neighbors find a decent place to stay. Stop by if you're around. We're usually here from morning till evening.
