Wipro has this spot in Pune over at Rahatani. Specifically, it’s Sr.No.49 in Raigad Colony. It’s right near Nakhate Wasti if you’re trying to find it on a map. Pune is growing so fast these days and this neighborhood has changed a lot since we first started here. The office is tucked away in a spot that feels a bit more like a local colony than a huge tech park. We have our regulars who come in every morning and the security guard usually has a story to tell about the night shift. It’s not a place with a gym or a fancy cafeteria. We usually just go out to the small shops nearby to get a vada pav or some tea when we need a break. The computers are always humming and there’s always someone troubleshooting something. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction work going on nearby but we keep the inside tidy enough. It’s a lot of sitting and typing and taking calls. We don’t have a big corporate handbook on how to talk to people. We just talk like normal people. Raigad Colony is a quiet place mostly, except when school lets out. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. It’s a simple, honest way to run things in this part of Pune. We aren't trying to be fancy, we just like to get things finished.
