Wipro Technologies has an office here at Soalce Park on B.T. Kawade Road. It is a well-known area in the city. The road can get pretty busy during rush hour, which is something we all deal with. Our space in Soalce Park is where a lot of the daily grind happens. It is a functional office. We have rows of desks and people busy on their laptops. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing in a loud way. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home. There is a small canteen nearby where we all go for lunch. The food is okay, nothing special, but it fills you up. We have some plants in the office that someone forgets to water sometimes. It feels like a real workplace because it is one. We don't spend time writing about our vision for the future. We just look at the tickets and the code that needs fixing today. The building itself is decent, though the parking can be a headache if you get here late. We’ve been at this B.T. Kawade Road location for a while now. It is a good spot because it is central enough for most of the staff. We are just a group of people working for a big name, but our day-to-day is very grounded. We just try to get through the work list and head home on time most days.
