Wipro Bpo

We are over at B 3 Atish Complex in Anand Nagar, specifically the Wadgaon Budruk side of Pune. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you get to the complex, we are right there. This is a BPO setup for Wipro, so there are always people coming in and out at odd hours because of the different shifts. It is mostly computers and desks inside. We spend a lot of time on calls or typing away on keyboards. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get the job done. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and that’s a real problem for the night shift guys. We have a lot of younger folks working here, many of them just starting out their first jobs. It gets pretty loud during the breaks when everyone is talking at once in the small canteen area. The parking outside can be a bit tight in the afternoons. Wadgaon Budruk has changed a lot since this office opened up, with more shops and cafes around now. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the screens. It is regular work, sometimes repetitive, but it pays the bills and the people here are decent enough to work with. We don't really do big meetings unless it’s absolutely necessary, mostly just sticking to the daily routine and finishing the work assigned to us.
