We are Wipro Bpo and we are based in Pune at S.No. 82. Our office is inside the Anupam Arcade, specifically in Flat No. 505 A. Being on the Pune Satara road means it is always busy outside with cars and people going everywhere. We are up on the fifth floor, so we are a bit away from the street noise, which helps when we are on the phones. We do a lot of business process work here, which mostly means we help other companies handle their tasks and customer queries. The office is a busy place with people working at all hours of the day and night. We have desks, computers, and a lot of headsets. It isn't a fancy place with expensive furniture. It’s a functional office where people come to work their shifts and get things done. We don't have a lot of time for corporate meetings that don't go anywhere. We just focus on the targets we have for the day. Sometimes we get together for a quick break and grab some snacks from the shops downstairs in the arcade. It’s a diverse group of people working here, and everyone just tries to do their part. We’ve been in this building for a while now and most of the locals know where the Anupam Arcade is. It’s just a straightforward place to work and we like it that way.
