Our building is B/17 in the Chinchwad area of Pune. It is a large space because we have a lot of people working different shifts throughout the day and night. Even though it is a well-known name, the atmosphere inside is just a bunch of people trying to do their jobs well. The office is full of rows of desks and headsets. You can hear the constant hum of voices as people talk to customers on the phone. It never really goes silent here since the work happens around the clock. We have a cafeteria where everyone gathers during breaks to complain about the commute or talk about their weekend plans. Chinchwad is an industrial hub, so there is always a lot of activity outside with trucks and buses. We do not have fancy art on the walls, just the equipment we need to stay connected. The security at the gate is strict, but once you are inside, it is a friendly enough place. We focus on getting through the call queues and meeting our daily targets. It is a high-energy environment, but it feels like a community because we spend so much time together. We are not here to change the world; we are here to provide support and earn a living. It is a straightforward operation where the work speaks for itself, and we just try to keep the momentum going every single day for the team.
