This office is located over in Kothrud, right at Shivshilp Apartment, Door Number 1. It is near the Kothrud Depot, which makes it pretty easy to find if you are taking the bus. The address is officially under Vinay Sarda and Viraj Taware. It’s a ground-floor spot, sitting right opposite Balaji Automobiles. You can always hear the sound of tools and engines from the garage across the way. It’s a basic BPO setup here. We have rows of desks and people working on different shifts. Kothrud is a great area because there are so many food joints nearby. We usually head out in groups to get some vada pav or poha in the mornings. The office itself is a bit tight on space. We have cables running along the walls and the lighting is that bright fluorescent kind that makes you blink a lot. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. We handle a lot of customer queries and data entry. Sometimes the monsoon rain hits the windows so hard you can barely hear yourself think. We just keep working through it. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we’re like a small community. We don't have any of that corporate polish here. It is just a bunch of folks trying to do a good job and making sure the clients are satisfied before the shift ends.
