Windals Precision Pvt. Ltd. is located in Autr Park in Pune, Maharashtra. We’ve been here in this industrial area for several years now. Pune is a fast city, but in our shop, we take the time to make sure things are done right. We deal with precision parts, so you can’t really rush the work. It takes a lot of careful measuring and steady hands. The workshop floor is always humming with the sound of the machines, and it gets pretty warm in the afternoons. We have a bunch of fans going, but it’s still a sweaty job. Our office is just a small room tucked away in the corner with some old desks and a computer that’s seen better days. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just the owner and a few skilled workers who know exactly how to handle the metal. Most of our guys have been doing this since they were young. We don't do any fancy advertising or have a big sales team. People usually come to us because they know we do solid work. It’s a lot of long hours and grease, but that’s just the nature of the business. We just try to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied without making a big fuss about it. There’s always a bit of iron dust in the air, but we’re used to it by now.
