Rishab Industries

Rishab Industries is at Plot No. 57/7, in Sector No. 10 of the Pradhikaran Industrial Area. We are in Bhosari, which is a well-known part of Pune for this kind of work. Our landmark is the Times of India building, which is quite close to us. Having a big building like that nearby makes it easier for people to find the turn-off. Sector 10 is quite busy during the week. We have our workshop set up here and it stays active from Monday to Saturday. We do industrial work, mostly involving machinery and parts. The air in Bhosari always smells a bit like oil and metal, which is something we are used to. We have a small team that has been together for a few years. We don't have many meetings; we just talk over tea in the morning about what needs to be finished. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much in the evenings, so we try to get the shipping trucks out early. It is a practical place to work. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. Just some calendars and the safety rules taped up near the machines. We like it this way. It is honest work and it keeps us grounded. We just take it one day at a time and deal with whatever comes through the door. The roof makes a bit of noise when it rains hard. We just carry on.
