We are located at Gat No. 307 in Nanekarwadi, right in the heart of the Chakan industrial belt. Being in Taluka Khed means we are surrounded by other factories and lots of logistics trucks. Guru Nanak Auto Enterprises Limited is a place where we focus on automotive parts. The shed is large and usually filled with the sound of metal being worked. We have a lot of different sections for different jobs. It’s not a quiet place. There is always a hammer hitting something or a machine whirring. The staff mostly comes from the surrounding villages. We’ve seen Chakan grow from farmland into this massive industrial hub. It’s dusty work and by the end of the shift, everyone is ready for a wash. We don't have a lot of corporate meetings. We just talk on the floor about what needs to be finished. The gates are usually open to let the breeze in, though it doesn't help much in May. We keep our inventory stacked high. Sometimes the trucks have to wait in line outside on the road. We try to move as fast as we can to keep things flowing. It’s a simple life of manufacturing. We take pride in just getting the parts out the door on time without any fuss. That is how we have always done it.
