We are located at Plot 1, Survey 235 / 245 in Hinjewadi, which falls under Taluka Mulshi. People talk about Hinjewadi being all about those big IT parks, but over here in our section, it’s still very much about getting your hands dirty. The road can get backed up quite a bit during shift changes, so we’ve learned to plan our days around that. Our building is practical. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls or fancy lobby furniture. It’s mostly just open space for the assembly and storage. The guys on the floor are the ones who really keep this place going. They know the machines better than anyone. We have a small office tucked away in the corner for the paperwork, but most of us prefer being out where the action is. Sometimes the heat gets to be a lot, but we just keep the fans running and keep moving. It’s a steady pace here. We don’t go in for those flashy meetings or big presentations. If there’s a problem, we just stand around the machine and figure it out right then and there. It's an honest way to spend the day. We’ve been in this part of Mulshi for a while now and we’ve seen the area change, but our daily grind stays pretty much the same. We just keep working through whatever comes our way.
