We have been in Pune-411 007 for quite a while now. The trees around the society give us some good shade during the hot months. Inside, the rooms have been converted into working spaces. It is a bit of a maze with all the desks and filing cabinets tucked into corners. We do not have a big corporate lobby. You just ring the bell and come on in. We handle a lot of the regional coordination from this building. The people working here are a mix of young folks and some who have been with the company for decades. We often share snacks during the afternoon break. Baner Road has changed a lot since we first started here, with all the new shops and cafes popping up. But inside our gate, things stay pretty much the same. We focus on our daily tasks and do not worry too much about being trendy. It is a solid, honest place to work. We just keep our heads down and make sure the business side of things is running smoothly for everyone involved.
