Flex-tran Industries Pune

We are over here at Village Kesnand, right on the Wagholi Rahu Road. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the trucks moving in and out of the city. We have two plots, 94 and 100, which keeps us pretty occupied. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, but that’s just how it is around Pune these days. Most of us have been working here for a while now. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. By noon, the sun is hitting the metal roofs and it gets quite warm inside. People usually find us by looking for the landmarks along the Rahu Road stretch. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get the work done and try to keep things moving. There is a lot of traffic nearby, so getting materials delivered can be a bit of a headache if the timing is wrong. We mostly just focus on our daily tasks and making sure the machines are running okay. The neighbors are mostly other industrial units, so it’s always a bit noisy with the sound of grinding and loading. We take our tea breaks together under the shade when we can. It’s a simple setup, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we do here in Wagholi. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years and we just keep on going.
