Abhijit Packaging Industries

Our shop, Abhijit Packaging Industries, is located out at Gate No. 405 on Plot No. 11 in Madankarwadi Chakan. If you know the Chakan area, you know it is mostly industrial and there is always a lot of dust and trucks moving around. We have been working from this plot for a while. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we can fit our packaging machines and storage. We deal with a lot of heavy materials every day. Sometimes the power goes out in the area and we have to wait it out, which is annoying but part of life here. Most of our guys have been with us for years and they know the routine. We don't really have a big reception area or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in the back working on the crates or boxes. The yard gets a bit messy when a big shipment comes in. We try to keep it tidy but work comes first. It is a long drive for some, but being out here in Madankarwadi makes sense for the kind of work we do. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything, just notebooks and a few old desks. It is a straightforward business. We just make the packaging and try to keep things moving along without making a big fuss about it. We have seen other businesses come and go, but we just stick to what we know and keep moving forward.
