We are located out in Ranjangaon Midc Midc at B-24. It’s quite a drive out here depending on where you’re coming from. The area is huge, but we’ve been at this specific spot for a while now. Mwv India Paperboard Packaging Pvt. Ltd. handles a lot of paperboard and packaging work. It’s a big facility because paperboard takes up a lot of room. There is usually a lot of paper dust in the air, but you get used to it after a day or two. The machines are pretty loud when they are all going at once. We have different shifts running to keep up with everything. It’s a lot of coordination between the loading dock and the floor. We aren't big on fancy meetings. Usually, we just talk over things on the floor or near the gate. The sun can be quite sharp out here in Ranjangaon. We have a small break area where we sit when it’s time for lunch. Most of us have been here a long time, so we know the routine. It’s not a perfect setup, sometimes the supplies arrive late or a machine needs a part we don't have on hand, but we figure it out. We just try to keep the stacks of board straight and the orders moving out to the trucks. It’s basic work but it keeps us busy. We mostly just keep to ourselves and get the job done before the day ends. The trucks usually line up outside early in the morning.
