Konvertors Packaging

We are based out in Chakan, specifically at Gat No 1844 in Medhankarwadi. Being right on the Pune-Nasik Highway means we see a lot of trucks and long-distance travelers going past our door every single day. It’s a very industrial part of the Khed taluka. The work here at Konvertors Packaging involves a lot of processing materials for different types of containers. Our shed is pretty large to accommodate the machines we use. The dust from the highway is something we just live with. We start the machines up early in the morning. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common around here, so we just wait it out or use the backup. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. It’s just a gate and a building where the work happens. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages or from Pune city. We eat lunch together in a small break area we set up. The highway noise is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend our time making sure the dimensions are correct and the edges are clean. It’s a lot of measuring and cutting. Chakan is growing fast, so there are always new buildings going up around us. It feels like we are in the middle of everything here on the highway.
