Pradeep Laminators Pvt. Ltd. sits right out on Talegaon Chakan Road. If you are heading towards Village-mahalunge, you have probably passed our spot at Gat No. 392 without thinking much of it. It’s a dusty stretch of road with a lot of heavy traffic, mostly big trucks moving parts between the factories. We do lamination work here. The machines run for most of the day, and they make a steady humming sound that you just get used to after a week of working here. It’s not a quiet place. The floor is usually busy with rolls of material waiting to be processed. We spend a lot of time checking the settings and making sure the heat is right. It’s practical work. Being in Mahalunge means we are a bit away from the main city, so we handle things ourselves mostly. The building is basic, just enough room for the equipment and a small space for the paperwork. When the rain comes, the road outside gets a bit messy, but the work inside does not stop. We have a small crew, mostly local folks who know the area well. We do not put up big signs or do much advertising. People know where we are because we have been at this Gat number for years. It’s just a regular workplace where we get the laminating done and head home when the sun goes down. There is always a lot of dust from the road.
