Out here in Village Ranje, you can find Natraj Packaging Pvt. Ltd. at Gat No. 104/1 on Kondhanpur Road. It’s a bit of a drive out through Khed Shivapur in Bhor, but we like the location. It is a bit quieter than being in the middle of a big city, though it still gets busy when the shipments are arriving. We have a good amount of space at this site. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages, so it feels like a local spot. We do a lot of the heavy work on the floor every day. The machines make a lot of noise, but you get used to it after a while. We don't spend much time sitting around in an office. It’s mostly about making sure the packaging is done right and the trucks are loaded correctly. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of work at once, but we always sort it out by the end of the shift. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s an honest living. Kondhanpur Road has seen more traffic lately, but we just keep to ourselves and focus on our own tasks. Being in Ranje is fine for us, and we have a good group of people who know how to keep the operations moving.
