Waghole Engineering Projects

Waghole Engineering Projects is located at J/167 in Bhosari Phase L, which is part of the Gidc area. This is a very industrial part of town, so we are surrounded by other workshops, factories, and engineering sheds. Our place is pretty much what you would expect from an engineering firm in Bhosari. It is a large shed-like structure where we handle different projects. There’s usually the smell of metal and oil in the air, and it can get quite noisy when the machines are running. We have a small office area at the front where we keep the blueprints and handle the paperwork, but most of the action happens in the back. It’s not a place for fancy clothes; we are usually in our work gear and getting our hands a bit dirty. The Gidc area is a maze of similar units, so people sometimes get lost trying to find J/167, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals can point the way. We focus on getting the engineering tasks done according to the plans we receive. It’s a lot of measuring, cutting, and welding. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of the time we are just busy with the machines or looking at drawings to make sure we didn't miss a detail. It’s a straightforward, hardworking environment where we just focus on the job at hand every day in Bhosari. The coffee is usually strong and the days are long, but that is how it goes in engineering.
