Our workshop is tucked away at Flat No. 15 in the Sarawar Housing Society, but we also operate out of the Muganse Industrial Estate at Survey No. 264. It’s a bit of a long address to write down, but basically, we are near Gate No. 264 in Jyotiba Nagar, Talwade. It is a real industrial setting with a lot of heavy machinery and trucks moving through the gates all day long. At Aryatech Engineering, we don't have time for anything that isn't practical. The space is filled with the smell of oil and the sound of metal being shaped. We spend most of our hours standing on our feet, moving between the different stations. It’s not a clean environment; there are grease marks on the doors and the tools are well-used. Talwade is full of shops like ours, but we just focus on what’s in front of us at Sarawar. We have some old fans that struggle to keep the place cool in the afternoon heat. The lighting is a bit dim in some corners, but we know where everything is by heart. We don’t bother with fancy uniforms or big meetings. We just get the orders, look at the specs, and get to work. Sometimes the neighbors from the housing society pop by, but mostly it’s just us and the machines in the industrial estate. It’s a hard way to spend the day, but it’s what we do here in Jyotiba Nagar.
