Hadwin Engineers Llp is tucked away at No. 83-2/4 A B in the Dangat Patil Industrial Estate. To find us, you have to go behind Johnson Plastosonic. We are right off Nda Road in the Shivane area. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a bit of noise from the neighboring units. You’ll hear machines humming or trucks backing in most of the time. Our space is built for work, not for showing off. We have our tools and our setups laid out across the floor. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the doors open for a breeze. The team here knows the routine well. We spend most of our hours looking at drawings or working on specific parts. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff. People usually find us by looking for the Plastosonic building first since it’s a big landmark. Shivane is a busy place for engineering, and being part of this estate feels right. We aren't big on meetings; we’d rather just get the technical work sorted out. If a client stops by, they usually find us in our work gear. There is always a pot of coffee going somewhere. We take our breaks when we can, then get back to the machines. It’s just how we operate day in and day out on Nda Road.
