Wagaya is over in Kharadi, specifically at Mk Palya, Mm Road Cross 201/205. We opened up here because we liked the feel of the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a mix of old and new around here. Our space is pretty simple. We didn't spend a lot of money on architects or designers. We just painted the walls and brought in some furniture that felt right. Most of us who work here live close by, so we walk or take a quick ride to get in. We spend the day preparing things and making sure everything is ready for when the doors open. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a lightbulb burns out or the sink gets a bit slow, but we handle it. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing the sign and deciding to come in and see what we're about. The Mm Road Cross can be a bit confusing if you’re not from around here, but once you find 201/205, you’ll see us. We try to be friendly and keep the atmosphere relaxed. There’s no pressure here. We just do our work, talk to the folks who come in, and go home at the end of the shift. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it suits us just fine.
