Miralic Decoratives

Miralic Decoratives is based on Shastri Road in the Sadashiv Peth area. This part of the city is quite old and traditional, which we really like. Our shop is at number 486, and we mostly keep things like wall hangings, small decorative lamps, and various items you’d put in a living room to make it look a bit nicer. The shop itself feels a bit old-fashioned because the building has been here for a long time. We have high ceilings but the space is quite narrow, so we have to be careful about how we display everything so people don't knock things over. Sadashiv Peth is always crowded, and parking is a total disaster, so most of our customers are people who are already walking around the neighborhood. We don't have a website or anything fancy; we just rely on people seeing our window display as they pass by on Shastri Road. Sometimes the stock stays on the shelves for a while, and other times a whole batch of vases will sell out in two days. It’s hard to predict. My sister helps with the decorating part, and I handle the accounts and the suppliers. We aren't some big brand, just a small local business trying to offer some nice things for people's homes. It gets pretty quiet in the afternoons when the sun is hitting the street, and that's usually when we reorganize the display.
