Our office is at number 413 near Savarkar Chowk in Dapodi. It is a busy intersection, so there is always the sound of traffic in the background while we work. Citrika Overseas has been operating out of this spot for some time now. We deal with overseas trade, which involves a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls at odd hours because of the time differences. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for our small team to keep track of shipments and documents. Dapodi is a convenient place for us to be, even if the parking at Savarkar Chowk can be a total nightmare sometimes. We spend most of our day sitting at desks, looking at computer screens, and talking to people in different countries. It sounds more glamorous than it actually is. Mostly, it is just making sure that everything is moving from point A to point B without getting stuck at a port somewhere. Sometimes we have tea breaks and just watch the people go by outside. It is a steady rhythm we have developed. We don't go in for fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just focus on the logistics and the numbers. It’s a lot of detail work, and you have to be careful not to miss anything. We just keep at it, day after day, right here in the middle of Dapodi. The tea guy comes around at four, and that's usually the highlight of the afternoon.
