If you look for us at 302 Samarth Complex, you will find us in the Samarth Nagar area. We are located just off the Mumbai-Bangalore Bypass, so the sound of heavy trucks is something we hear quite a lot. It is a healthcare business, but our daily life is mostly about managing inventory and handling paperwork. The complex itself is pretty standard for this part of the city. We have a few rooms filled with boxes and some office chairs that have seen better days. It is not the kind of place where you will see any flashy signs or expensive carpets. We mostly focus on making sure the supplies get where they need to go. The commute can be a bit of a pain for the staff because the bypass is always congested, especially in the evenings. We usually start our mornings with a quick chat about what needs to be shipped out first. There is a small tea shop around the corner where we go when we have had a long morning. We do not really do much in terms of decorating the office; it is more about having enough shelf space for all the records and products. The team is small, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know the routine well, and we just keep at it, day in and day out, making sure the healthcare items are organized and sent out.
