We are over at 1108/1 on Ganesh Khind Road, right in the Shivaji Nagar part of Pune. It’s a busy street, and you can always hear the traffic outside our windows. Working in health care in a place like this means there is always something happening. We don't have a fancy lobby with expensive art; it’s more about being functional and ready for whatever the day brings. Shivaji Nagar is a central spot, so we see all sorts of people walking by or coming in. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. There isn't any polished corporate talk here. We just use plain English and talk to each other like normal people. The building we are in has been around for a while, and it has that lived-in feel. We spend our days managing records and making sure the administrative side of things is running as it should. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that is just the nature of the job. Sometimes the power goes out or the computers need a restart, but we just keep going. We don't have a grand vision or a list of buzzwords to describe our office. It’s just us, working on Ganesh Khind Road, trying to stay organized and get through the week. It’s a very real, very ordinary kind of place, and we are fine with that. It’s just how we do things in Pune.
