We operate out of Kardeep House over in Gurdwara Colony, which is part of the Lohegaon area in Pune. Being at Sr.No.165/5/1 means we’re a bit away from the main city rush, which is actually quite nice most of the time for everyone here. The office is pretty straightforward, filled with rows of computers and people talking on headsets for most of the shift. Since we handle healthcare services, there’s a lot of focus on the screens and the paperwork that comes across our desks daily. It’s a steady kind of work, very different from the little shops on the main road. We have a routine here that starts with the morning tea and ends with everyone rushing to beat the Lohegaon traffic in the evening. The Gurdwara nearby is a good landmark, and you can sometimes hear the sounds from there when the office is quiet. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just the folders and machines we need to get through the day’s tasks. It’s a bit of a drive for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to the commute over the months and years. Most of the people working here have been around for a while, so we all know each other’s families and stories. It’s a professional place but it doesn't feel cold or robotic like some big centers. We’re just a bunch of people trying to help other people navigate their health stuff without making it too complicated.
