We keep our vehicles parked nearby so we can get out quickly when the phone rings. It’s not a fancy setup, just an office and a place for the drivers to wait. We deal with all sorts of situations, mostly taking people to the hospital or helping families with transport. The cars need a lot of maintenance because they are on the road so much. We spend a good amount of time cleaning them and checking the engines. It’s a bit of a hectic life because you never know when someone will need a ride. Sometimes it's an emergency, and other times it's just someone needing a car for the day. The neighborhood knows us well since we've been here in Chavan Nager for so long. We don't really do much advertising; people just know where to find the office or they call the number.
