Sadiya Dhar Centre

Sadiya Dhar Centre is tucked away on Yerwada Navpada Road Singh, right near the Kashmiri Colony. If you know the area, it's not too hard to find us. We mostly focus on sharpening work, which is what "dhar" is all about. Our workspace has all the wheels and stones we need to get things done. It’s a bit of a dusty job, and the machines make a fair amount of noise when they’re running. We’ve been in this part of Yerwada for some time now. People from the colony and the nearby streets bring us their tools and kitchen items. The road outside can get a bit crowded with parked bikes and people walking to the shops. We don't have a big fancy office, just a practical space where the work happens. Most of the day is spent hunched over the machines, making sure the edges are right. We keep a ledger of who dropped what off so we don't get things mixed up. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working here. We start early when it’s still a bit cool outside. The shop gets plenty of light from the front door. We aren't trying to do anything more than provide a useful service to the folks around here. It’s honest work that requires a steady hand and a bit of patience. We're just a local business trying to do right by the customers who come to Navpada Road.
