Athrva Home Care Services

In Kothrud, specifically in Sant Tukaram Nagar, is where Athrva Home Care Services is based. We don't spend all our time in the office because the work takes us out to different houses nearby. The office is more of a meeting point where we coordinate who is going where for the day. It’s a simple room with a table and some chairs. We talk about the schedules and make sure everyone has what they need. Kothrud is a nice area with lots of parks and people walking their dogs. We see a lot of the same faces every week. Some of our staff have been with us for a long time and they know the neighborhood very well. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done for the families who need help at home. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in at once and it gets a bit loud with everyone talking over each other. Then it goes quiet again once everyone leaves for their assignments. We keep a notebook on the main desk to track everything. It's an honest way to spend the day. We try to keep things running smoothly without making it too complicated. It’s been our home for a while now and we know the streets by heart. We just do our work and go home.
