Hema Aaya Ward Boy Bureau

Our bureau is located over at 35 Vishrantwadi on Elpro Road. We are quite close to the Old Gram Panchayat Office, which is the main landmark most people use to find our door. At Hema Aaya Ward Boy Bureau, we spend our time coordinating people and helping families. It's a small place, nothing too fancy at all. We have a few chairs and a couple of desks where we handle the phone calls and the piles of paperwork. The area around Vishrantwadi is usually quite active and loud. We get people coming in all the time looking for help for their elderly parents or looking for work themselves. It’s a lot of talking and making sure everyone’s schedules are right. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or a mission statement on the wall. We just try to help folks find the staff they need for their homes or hospitals. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with everyone coming and going at the same time, but we manage to keep things moving along. The office isn't decorated with anything special, it's just a place to get things done. We’ve been on Elpro Road for a while now, and we know most of the local shop owners around here. It’s a simple business. We listen to what someone needs, and then we see which of our workers is available to go. It’s not a complicated process, but it requires a lot of patience and keeping track of many names. We aren't a big agency, just a local bureau trying to do its part. We just keep at it every day.
