It’s a good spot because it’s not too far from the main city but has its own pace. The Orchid School is very close to us, so we often see the school buses and the crowd of parents in the morning. Being in a flat on the sixth floor means we have a bit of a view, and it stays a little quieter than the shops right on the street. We do engineering tasks and various services from this office. It’s a small team, and we usually have our heads down working on projects or taking calls. The building is a mix of residential and commercial, so it feels a bit more personal than a cold office block. We don't have a big neon sign out front. Most people find us through the address or by knowing the landmarks nearby. The link road can get very congested in the evenings, but during the day it’s just the normal hum of Pune traffic. We like it here. It’s a simple setup where we can focus on the technical side of things without too many distractions. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day.
