Vivan Travels

We are based out of Katraj, specifically in the B/202 section of the building. It is a bit different from having a shop on the main street because it feels more like a home office. You have to come up the stairs and find the right door. The view from the window shows a bit of the Chandlodiya area and the busy road further down. Inside, we have set up a couple of workstations and some comfortable chairs for people to sit while we talk about their travel routes. It is usually quiet here, which is nice for concentrating on complicated bookings. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a small shelf with some travel guides that are probably a few years old now. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon slump. Sometimes the neighbors are loud in the hallway, but that is just part of living and working in a residential complex. We handle most of our work through WhatsApp and email these days, but we still like it when someone comes over to discuss a trip in person. The printer is a bit temperamental and sometimes makes a loud grinding noise, but it eventually prints the tickets. We have a small balcony where we take breaks to look at the traffic. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. We don't have a receptionist or anything, just us doing the work every day from morning till late evening.
