We've been at 1, Y.V. 602 in Shukrawar Peth for a long time now. It’s a busy spot, usually crowded with people moving stuff around. Being in the export business means we deal with a lot of logistics and overseas stuff. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and the paperwork piles up on the desks. We just try to get everything sent out on time so nobody is waiting too long. It’s mostly just us here making sure the crates are packed right and the labels are correct. It gets dusty in the office sometimes but we're used to it. Shukrawar Peth is a good area to work in because everything is close by. We handle different kinds of goods and it keeps us busy through the week. Sometimes things go wrong with shipping schedules or the weather messes things up, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big lobby, just some desks and space for files. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers and checking on containers. It’s hard work but it’s what we know. People stop by sometimes just to drop off papers or have a quick tea. We’ve known the neighbors for years and it feels like home now.
