We are located on the first floor of Phoenix Market City over in Viman Nagar. The shop number is F-50. Being in a big mall like this means our day is governed by the mall's opening and closing times. We spend a lot of our morning just making sure all the sarees and scarves are folded perfectly. The prints we have are quite colorful, so the shop always looks very bright. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized because once people start browsing, things get moved around pretty quickly. We see all sorts of shoppers here, from people just killing time to those looking for a specific gift for a wedding. We don't really do the hard sell; we just let people look at the patterns and feel the fabric. The air conditioning in the mall is nice, especially during those hot Pune afternoons. Working on the first floor is good because we get a decent amount of foot traffic from people coming up the escalators. Sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze in here, but once you find us, it’s a calm space compared to the noise of the food court. We just focus on keeping the displays neat and helping out anyone who has a question about the latest designs we've put out. It’s a busy life in the mall, but we enjoy seeing all the different people who walk through our doors.
