Village Kraft

If you are looking for Village Kraft, we are located in Pune, specifically at B-603 in the Surobhi Township. It is in Dashrath Nagar, quite close to the Father Michael Society in Vishrantwadi. Being in a township means it is a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice. We mostly deal with items that have that traditional feel to them. The living room of the unit often doubles as a storage space for new arrivals. We spend a lot of time sorting through boxes that come from different parts of the country. It is a small operation, mostly family and a couple of helpers. We do not have a big storefront with neon lights. It is more of a home-based setup where we manage everything from the computer and the phone. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so carrying heavy boxes up to the sixth floor can be a bit of a workout. Pune weather is usually decent, so we keep the windows open while we work. We have a lot of bubble wrap lying around because everything needs to be packed carefully so nothing breaks during transit. It is a bit of a juggle balancing the home life with the business life in the same space, but we make it work somehow. Most of our neighbors know what we do. We just focus on getting the orders out and keeping things moving along steadily every week.
