Vikas Engineering Works

We are Vikas Engineering Works, located at 25 Pune Cantonment Board in the Jdhavind Estate area, near Nanded Phata. It is a bit of a trek to get out here depending on where you are coming from in Pune, but we like the location. The shop is a basic setup where we do various engineering tasks. We’ve got some older machines that still run perfectly and some newer ones we added recently. The estate itself is fairly quiet compared to the main city, which is nice. We spend most of our time at the workbenches. There is always some welding or grinding to be done. The floors are stained with oil, and there are metal scraps in the corners, but that is just a sign of work being done. We don't have a big team, just a few reliable guys who have been doing this for a long time. We don't really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. If a job comes in, we figure out the best way to handle it with what we have. Nanded Phata has grown a lot lately, but our little corner at number 25 stays busy with regular work. It’s a simple life, focused on making things and fixing what’s broken. We are usually here from dawn until the sun goes down. Most of the time, we are too busy to notice the hours passing by, but we always make time for a quick lunch together.
