It’s not a huge place, so you end up knowing everyone pretty well. We don't spend much time on big speeches or mission statements. We just have work that needs to be finished. Sometimes we stay late when a project is close to being done. It’s a lot of sitting and clicking, but we enjoy the creative side of it. We try to keep the atmosphere light because the work can get a bit intense at times. It's just how we do things here in Pune.
