You can find us at Survey No 94, in Sarthak Bunglow over in the Tarde Basti area of Haveli. We are tucked away behind the Mohammadwadi Police Chowky, which is usually the landmark we tell everyone to look for when they get lost. Working out of a bungalow gives the whole place a different feel than a regular office building. It is a bit more quiet, and we have some space to breathe. We have travel brochures scattered on the tables and a few maps pinned up where they are easy to see. The phones ring quite a bit, mostly people asking about bus timings or trip details. It can get a little chaotic during the peak seasons when everyone wants to go on holiday at the same time. We sit in the main room of the bungalow and handle whatever comes our way. The area around here has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings coming up, but the police chowky is still the best way to find us. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the routes and the rates. It is not a high-pressure environment. We just sit down with a cup of tea, look at the schedules, and try to figure out the best way for people to get where they need to go. It’s just how we run things.
