We operate out of Warje Malwadi, which is a growing part of the city. Our office is a small space where we manage all the travel bookings and tour plans. It’s not a big corporate setup; it’s more of a local shop where you can sit down and talk about where you want to go. We have maps pinned to the walls and a few stacks of brochures, though most things are done on the computer these days. The phones ring quite a bit, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to get away. Warje is a busy hub, especially with the highway nearby, so we’re always hearing the sound of long-distance buses and trucks passing through. We usually have a few drivers coming in and out to check their schedules or pick up paperwork. It’s a bit of a revolving door, really. The furniture is simple—just a few chairs for guests and a couple of desks for us. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people; we just tell them what’s available and what it will cost. It’s an honest way of doing things. We’ve been here long enough that people in the Malwadi area know where to find us. We keep the doors open through the day, and even when it’s raining hard, we’re usually here making sure the trips are going according to plan. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and we like it that way.
