We’ve got this small pizza place in the Bibwewadi area, over at 635/1/B in the Birla Quarter of Gandhi Nagar. It’s strictly all vegetarian because that’s just how we decided to do things from the start. The big oven takes up a good chunk of the kitchen space. We’ve been here for a bit of time now, and it’s mostly just the local families from the quarter who stop by for dinner. We don't have those fancy matching uniform shirts or any kind of big corporate vibe. It’s just us in our regular everyday clothes making the dough and chopping up the fresh vegetables. The shop can get quite warm in the evenings when the oven has been running all day long. We have a couple of small tables for people to sit at, but most of our customers just take their food back home with them. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood for the most part of the week. We don't do any big advertisements on the radio or in the newspapers. People usually just notice our small sign when they are out walking their dogs or coming home from work. It’s a simple menu with just a few options, nothing too crazy or experimental. We try to keep things moving quickly, but sometimes there is a bit of a wait when it gets really busy on Sunday nights. We just do our best with the small space we have. It’s a modest little spot in Gandhi Nagar. We’re usually here until late most nights.
