We are based in Pune and we deal with food, specifically the kind of stuff that makes cooking at home a bit easier. Rasoi Magic has been around for a while now. We don't have a big fancy storefront for people to visit because most of our work happens in the kitchen and the production area. Pune is a great place for food, and we like being part of that. Our day usually starts pretty early, getting the ingredients ready and making sure everything is packed right. It’s a lot of work and sometimes the machines give us trouble, but that’s just how it goes in a food business. We aren't trying to be some giant global corporation with robots doing everything. There are real people here tasting the batches and making sure the spice mixes are right. We’ve had some long days where we stayed late just to finish an order. It’s not always easy, but it feels good when people tell us they liked their dinner. We move boxes, check labels, and talk about recipes a lot. The office part is pretty small; we spend most of our time where the actual food is. We’re just a bunch of people in Pune who really care about what goes into the pot. It’s practical work, and we just try to do it right every day. Hopefully, the food speaks for itself and people keep enjoying it at home.
