Big Enchilada

Big Enchilada is our little place over on Karvenagar. You can find us at 7/7 Devrup. It is a pretty simple setup. We are not some big chain with hundreds of locations. It is just this one spot in Pune where we make food every day. The kitchen is always busy, and it usually smells like whatever we are cooking that morning. We started this because we liked the idea of having a local shop in the neighborhood. Karvenagar has a lot of people moving around, so we get a good mix of students and families. Our address at Devrup is easy to find if you know the area. We do not spend money on big ads or anything. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or work in the local offices. We just try to keep the ingredients fresh and the prices fair. Some days are quieter than others, but we stay busy cleaning and getting ready for the next rush. The staff here is small, just a few of us who know how to get things done. We do not have a fancy mission statement or a polished brand image. We just like making food and seeing people enjoy it. If you are in the 411052 area, you might have seen our sign. It is just an honest local business trying to do things right in Pune. We put in the hours and hope the food speaks for itself when people sit down to eat.
