Our place is at Flat No. 10 in Sonkar Villa, which is tucked away behind Janai Heights in Bhosari. It’s not your typical storefront on a main road, so you have to know where you’re going to find us. We’ve been making pizzas here for a good amount of time. The kitchen is always a bit noisy with the ovens running and the staff talking. Most of the day is spent prepping dough and chopping vegetables for the toppings. It gets pretty warm in the flat, especially when we have a lot of orders coming in at once during the dinner rush. We aren't a big fancy restaurant with waiters and white tablecloths. It’s more of a practical setup where we focus on getting the food cooked and sent out. Our delivery guys are always in and out, hopping on their bikes to navigate the streets of Pune 39. Sometimes the traffic in Bhosari is a nightmare, but they manage to find the shortcuts. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big ads. Most of the people who order from us are just locals who live in the nearby buildings. We just keep our heads down and work on making the food as well as we can. It’s a small team here at Pizza Corner Pvt India Ltd., and we all pitch in with everything, from cleaning up to taking the phone calls. That is how we run things in our little corner of Sonkar Villa every day for the neighborhood.
