Simply Delicious

You can find us over at Plot-25 in Ekta Colony. We are at 30/1, which is in Balwantnagar, right behind the Shivnagari area in Bijlinagar, Chinchwad. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot in Pune with the pin code 411033. We named the place Simply Delicious because we wanted to keep things basic. It’s not a big factory or anything; it’s more like a local kitchen where we make things we like to eat. The air usually smells like sugar or whatever we have in the oven that day. We spend a lot of time washing dishes and prepping ingredients. It’s a lot of physical work, standing on our feet for hours. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice. We get people from around Balwantnagar dropping by to see what we have made. We don't use any fancy machines, just regular ovens and a lot of hand mixing. Sometimes a batch doesn't turn out right and we have to start all over again. That's just part of it. We are a small group and we mostly just talk about food while we work. The location behind Shivnagari is a bit hard to find for some, but once people know where we are, they keep coming back. We don't do much in the way of selling ourselves. We just focus on making sure the stuff we put out tastes good.
