Varsha Precision Industries is right here at Katraj Gattigere, inside the BEML Layout at S No 72-1-1. We are situated near the Dehuroad-Katraj Bypass Highway, which is where most of our work happens every day. It’s a busy industrial spot. The machines are running from early morning until we close up late. It gets quite loud with the sound of metal being worked on, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We aren't tucked away in a quiet office; we are on the shop floor where the real activity is. Most of us have been working with these machines for years. The highway nearby means there’s always a bit of a breeze and a lot of dust from the passing trucks. We don’t really have a lobby for people to sit in. If you come by, you’ll likely see us in our work gear handling the equipment. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space for the precision work we handle. We keep our tools organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to anyone else. We don’t do much talking when the machines are on anyway. People from the area know the BEML Layout well enough to find us without much trouble. We just stay focused on the tasks we have for the day and try to get everything finished before we head home.
