Varaj Engineering

Our shop, Varaj Engineering, is located at Plot No 9/1 on the 6th A Cross in Bhosari. We’re in the Gopalapura area, quite close to the MIDC Corner Chowk. It’s a typical industrial plot with plenty of space for our machines and the raw materials we keep on hand. We focus on heavy engineering tasks and custom metal fabrication. The neighborhood is full of similar workshops, so there’s a constant sound of grinding and welding in the air. We’ve been working out of this spot for several years now. It's a bit dusty and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings, but that's how a real shop should be. We don't have a polished showroom. If someone wants to see our work, they just walk into the workshop and look around. We have a few guys who are really good with the welding torches and the lathe machines. They’ve been doing this since they were young. We don't use much fancy technology; it's mostly about skill and experience. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big project for a client. We don't make big promises or use marketing language. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of working. Being near the Midc Corner Chowk makes it easy for trucks to come and go, which helps with our logistics and deliveries.
